The Vietnam and Cambodia tour package is a 10-day cultural and scenic journey through two captivating countries. Arrive at Noi Bai Airport, where you’ll be greeted and transferred to your hotel. In the evening, begin your exploration with a visit to the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university built in 1070. Stroll through its serene gardens and admire well-preserved architecture that offers a glimpse into the country’s scholarly past. Continue to Hoan Kiem Lake and the Ngoc Son Temple, followed by a leisurely cyclo ride through Hanoi’s Old Quarter. Overnight in Hanoi.
After breakfast, travel south to Ninh Binh, home to the scenic Tam Coc Caves and the ancient capital Hoa Lu. Glide along the waterways on a traditional sampan boat, passing limestone karsts that rise dramatically from emerald rice fields—earning the nickname “Halong Bay on land.” Visit the 10th-century temples of King Dinh and King Le, famed for their intricate wooden carvings. Enjoy lunch en route before returning to Hanoi for an overnight stay.
Enjoy breakfast before heading to the UNESCO-listed Halong Bay. Board a traditional vessel to cruise through a seascape dotted with limestone islands and hidden grottoes. Savor a seafood lunch on board, visit the Surprising Grotto, and choose between swimming or kayaking. Glide past floating villages and secluded islets before dining and spending the night aboard the boat.
Begin the morning with a visit to Luon Cave, a tranquil lagoon surrounded by cliffs. As you cruise back, pass iconic rock formations like Cock-Fighting Rock and Sail Island. Disembark at Halong Wharf and return to Hanoi for your flight to Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City). Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel for an overnight stay.
After breakfast, journey to the Mekong Delta and embark on a boat cruise along the mighty river. Visit one of the area’s lush islands, ride through coconut-lined canals in small rowboats, and explore local workshops. Enjoy a horse-cart ride along peaceful village paths before visiting the ornate Vinh Trang Pagoda, blending Chinese, Cambodian, and French design elements. Return to Saigon for the night.
Explore the legendary Cu Chi Tunnels, a 200km underground network used during the war for shelter, storage, and defense. Return to Saigon to visit the Reunification Palace and the War Remnants Museum, then view European-inspired landmarks like the City Hall and the Opera House from the outside. Stop at Notre-Dame Cathedral and the Central Post Office before spending the night in Saigon.
After breakfast, fly to Siem Reap. Visit Wat Thmei, the “Killing Field” memorial with its striking glass stupa. Continue to Les Artisans d’Angkor – Chantiers École to discover the preservation of Khmer arts and crafts. Overnight in Siem Reap.
Explore the South Gate of Angkor Thom and marvel at the Terrace of the Elephants, Baphuon temple, Phimeanakas, and the Terrace of the Leper King. In the afternoon, visit the world-famous Angkor Wat, a stunning architectural masterpiece inspired by Hindu cosmology. Overnight in Siem Reap.
Discover Ta Prohm, where giant tree roots entwine ancient stone walls. Visit Srah Srang royal bath, Thommanon temple, Preah Khan, Ta Som, and end the day at Pre Rup temple for a spectacular sunset view. Overnight in Siem Reap.
Have breakfast before transferring to the airport for your onward journey.
