After breakfast, begin with a view from the Mount of Olives, followed by visits to the Garden of Gethsemane and the Church of the Agony. Continue to the Israel Museum, home to the Dead Sea Scrolls and the Herodian city model. Visit Yad Vashem, the Holocaust memorial, before traveling to Ein Karem, traditional birthplace of John the Baptist. Return for dinner and rest in Jerusalem.

Enter the Old City through one of its gates and explore the Jewish Quarter, the Western Wall, and the Temple area. Wander through bazaars, then walk the Via Dolorosa to the Church of the Holy Sepulcher. Later, ascend Mt. Zion to visit King David’s Tomb, the Room of the Last Supper, and Dormitory Abbey. In the afternoon, head to Bethlehem for the Church of the Nativity and Shepherd’s Fields before returning to Jerusalem.

Depart Jerusalem via Jericho and the Jordan Valley to Beit Shean for a tour of Roman ruins. Continue to Nazareth to visit the Church of the Annunciation and Joseph’s workshop. Travel to Safed to explore mystic alleys, synagogues, and the artists’ colony before overnighting in Galilee.

Travel through Druze villages to the Golan Heights. Visit vineyards and taste wines. Continue to Banias and the Mount of Beatitudes. Explore Capernaum and Tabgha, then reach Tiberias. Optional boat ride on the Sea of Galilee available. Overnight in Galilee.

Drive to Acre to explore Crusader fortifications. Continue to Haifa for a panoramic city tour including the Baha’i Shrine and Persian Garden. Next, visit Caesarea’s Roman Theater and Hippodrome. End with a short Tel Aviv–Jaffa tour before checking into your hotel.

Enjoy the day at your own pace, with optional excursion to the Dead Sea. Overnight in Tel Aviv.
