Its interiors feature dazzling chandeliers, exquisite handmade carpets, and a grand prayer hall beneath a majestic dome. The mosque is closed on Fridays and public holidays. Ensure modest attire—ladies should wear full-length clothing with a headscarf, and men should wear trousers.

Next, enjoy a scenic drive along Muscat’s Corniche, leading to Muttrah Souq, a lively marketplace overflowing with spices, silver, and handicrafts. Wander its narrow alleys and shop for souvenirs. Today, transfer to the Marina for an exciting sea excursion. Board a boat and set sail into the Gulf of Oman, where playful dolphins are often seen frolicking in the waves. With a bit of luck, you may also spot whales in the deeper waters nearby.
